Before you write

Many questions have fast answers on the pricing page. If you need to cancel or change your plan, open Account and choose Manage billing.

Account deletion

To delete your account, email us with the subject line Delete my account from the address you signed up with. We remove your profile, codes, and scan records from active systems. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited retention period.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email us directly rather than filing a public issue. We will respond within 72 hours.
